6. Tools for users to access and amend their personal data
Members are entitled to review, update, amend or delete their own personal information by contacting the website administrators to carry this out.
Members are entitled to raise a complaint about our handling of their information by contacting the website administrators. On receiving such feedback we will verify the details, and where the complaint is confirmed we will take appropriate corrective action according to its severity.
7. Mechanism for receiving and resolving consumer complaints
Any dispute between the company and a user will first be resolved through negotiation. If no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party may bring the matter before a competent People's Court.
Where negotiation and conciliation fail, the aggrieved party should gather evidence such as emails and messages and contact the company. The company will then contact the complainant to resolve the matter.
If a matter falls outside its authority, the company will refer it to the competent state authorities. In such cases the company will continue to cooperate in order to protect the aggrieved party as fully as possible.

When registering or placing an order, individuals are required to supply complete personal details such as full name, contact address, email and phone number, and are responsible for the legal accuracy of that information. The administrators accept no responsibility for, and will not resolve, any complaint concerning a member's interests where the personal information supplied at registration is found to be inaccurate.
